personal project : The Boss

Inspired by the excess and ambition of 1980s cinema, from Scarface to Wall Street, this project reimagines the iconography of the 'greed era' through a contemporary lens.

The narrative follows three archetypal characters through their daily commute: the Miami Boss, the Wall Street Wolf, and the London Geezer. By casting South Asian models in these traditionally white-dominated roles, the series challenges cultural ownership of aspiration and power, reclaiming these iconic personas for a new generation.
